The Henke Law Office maintains the privacy of the indentifying information in your message: Specifically, we do not sell your personal information or e-mail address in any manner. We do not post any "cookies" or other identifiers on the computers of visitors to our web site.
If you chose to contact us via e-mail by completing the contact form on this website, your message is automatically forwarded to Mr. Henke. We also may retain your e-mail and the information you provide to us in our database, which would include your first and last name, home address, e-mail address and telephone number, to the extent that you provide that information on the contact form. Again, none of this identifying information is sold or shared with any outside third party. In certain cases we may permit retained experts or physicians or co-counsel or prospective co-counsel or referral counsel to assist our attorneys in reviewing e-mail correspondence provided that they, in turn, maintain the confidentiality of your message.
